Miguel Hidalgo, managing director of renowned ingredients producer Palsgaard's Mexican subsidiary,has received The Danish Export Association's Diploma & HRH Prince Henrik's Medal of Honour" for his outstanding efforts and success in promoting and marketing Danish products and services in Latin America, particularly in Mexico.
Miguel Hidalgo, managing director of renowned ingredients producer Palsgaard’s Mexican subsidiary,has received The Danish Export Association’s Diploma & HRH Prince Henrik’s Medal of Honour" for his outstanding efforts and success in promoting and marketing Danish products and services in Latin America, particularly in Mexico.
Miguel Hidalgo has been the managing director of Palsgaard Mexico since 1996 and under his management the company has grown its sales more than ten times. He is a valued business advisor for Danish companies trying to establish themselves in Mexico.
The decision to award the Diploma and Medal was made by a judging committee chaired by HRH Prince Henrik, four representatives appointed by the executive committee of the Danish Export Association, and a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The medal and the diploma was presented to Miguel Hidalgo on 12 November by HRH Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark, who was in Mexico on a state visit.
"I am very proud of this honour and I am glad that our progress and work for Danish export in Mexico has been noticed so positively", said Hidalgo.
