Made with processed cheese with the added fire of Peri Peri, one of the most popular spice tastes among consumers, the cheese rope has ideal stretch and hold to create an ideal cheese crust around the pizza.
The name Peri Peri stems from the Swahili word for African Bird’s eye chillis and is enjoyed for its spicy heat. Meadow Cheese’s new Cheese Rope has been developed using herbs and spices to give an authentic flavour that compliments all kinds of pizza toppings.
With a six week shelf-life and manageable order quantities, the product is suitable for both small and large pizza manufacturers.
