Invasive aspergillosis (IA) is a life-threatening mycosis with a high morbidity and mortality rate in immunocompromised patients. A newly developed enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from EUROIMMUN allows for the quantitative detection of Aspergillus antigen in patient serum or lung fluid samples, supporting early diagnosis of IA. With the option of semi-automated processing, it is especially suitable for high-throughput IA diagnostics in high-risk patients.
Download White PaperDetermination of anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies plays an important role in Covid-19 diagnostics and epidemiological studies. EUROIMMUN’s use of dried blood spots as sample material reduces the blood collection to a quick prick in the fingertip, sparing patients the burden of venous blood collection and streamlining IgG antibody screening.
Download White PaperIn-depth analysis of immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 is essential for vaccine development and optimisation of immunisation strategies. A trio of new assays from EUROIMMUN for quantification of anti-S1/receptor binding domain IgG antibodies, detection of neutralising antibodies targeting S1/RBD, and analysis of specific T-cell responses supports the differentiated investigation of SARSCoV- 2-specific immune responses.
Download White PaperA powerful trio of CE-marked tests from EUROIMMUN enables comprehensive investigation of immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 following vaccination or infection. The analysis encompasses quantitative measurement of anti-S1/RBD IgG antibodies, determination of the neutralising effect of these antibodies and analysis of SARS-CoV-2-reactive T cells.
